Welcome to the DO868 portal

The DO868 portal is where you run your page on do868.com: list your events, keep your page up to date, promote what you're putting on and see how it's doing.

Who it's for

When you sign up, you answer What best describes you?:

• I organize events: promoters, organizers, festivals and crews running fetes, parties, shows and festivals.
• I perform: DJs, artists, bands, MCs, mas bands and steelbands. Organizers often add entertainers to their line-ups, so your page may already be on DO868; you can claim it when you sign up.
• I run a place or a business people visit or book: bars and restaurants, venues, tour operators and guides, studios and classes, food vendors, transport and media. A business that is also its place (a bar, a studio) can have its place as part of its page. See Signing up a business.
• I want to advertise on DO868: sponsors, for brands that only advertise.

Then you pick exactly what you are (DJ, band, tour operator, food vendor and so on) and give your page its public name.

You're signed in as soon as you create your account. We email you a link to confirm your address; see Confirming your email.

Your first steps

1. Confirm your email, using the link we sent you.
2. Set up your page: a photo, a few words about you, your socials. See Setting up your page.
3. Add your first event: see Creating an event. New organizers' events are checked by our team before they go live; see Review and publishing.
4. Share it: once it's live, use the share kit. See QR codes and the share kit.

You only see the items your account uses. Look for the small Help links around the portal: each opens the article for that screen.
