Setting up your page

Your page is where people find you on do868.com, follow you and see where you're playing next. Open Your page in the menu to change it. Everything there is public unless it says private.

Public name and private name

• Public name (shown on DO868): your stage or band name, your brand or promotions name, or your business name as customers know it, up to 120 characters. This is what everyone sees.
• Legal or registered name (private): optional. Your own legal name, or the name your business is registered under. Only the DO868 team sees it, for verification and billing. It's never shown on DO868.

Your full name from sign-up stays private too. If your public name is the same as your full name, the form reminds you it will be shown publicly, in case you have a stage name you'd rather use.

What kind of page

Under What kind of page is this?, choose the kind that fits, such as Organizer, Team / crew, Band, Solo artist, DJ, MC / host, Mas band or Steelband. It's shown on your public page. Every kind of page can list events. The DO868 team keeps the list, so it can grow. If the team set a kind for your page that isn't in the list (a business kind, say), it shows as "(set by DO868)": you can keep it or choose another.

Your places

Below the form, Your places links your page to the places you run, sell at, are a regular at or host events at. See Your places.

Description

A few words about you, up to 2,000 characters: what you do, the kind of events you put on or play, and where people can catch you.

Photos

• Logo: square, 400 × 400 or larger. It's shown in a circle, so keep space around it.
• Cover photo: wide, 3:1, 1500 × 500. It runs across the top of your page.
• Gallery: up to 12 landscape photos of past events. Use Earlier and Later to set the order; put your best one first.

JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB each. Upload the images here; links to images hosted elsewhere aren't accepted. More on sizes in Images.

Contact details and links

• Website: the full address, starting with https://.
• Public contact details: an email, a phone number and a WhatsApp number for bookings. They're shown on your public page; leave any of them blank to keep it private.
• Social links: Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Spotify and SoundCloud. Paste the full link to your profile on that site, starting with https://.

Press Save Changes when you're done. The changes show on your public page.

Your page's web address

Your page's address on do868.com is made for you when the page is created. You can't change it in the portal. If you have a QR code, Your page shows the short link it opens.

Verified badge

At the top of Your page you'll see whether your page is verified. See Verified and trusted.

Sponsor accounts

A sponsor account without an organizer page sees Account instead of Your page. The DO868 team keeps your sponsor name and logo up to date: to change them, write to [email protected].
