Confirming your email

When you sign up with an email and password, we send you a Confirm your email for DO868 email. Open it and press Confirm my email. That proves the address is yours, so we know where to reach you about your events.

Accounts made with Google or Facebook are already confirmed.

Before you confirm

A banner at the top of every portal page reminds you. Until you confirm, you can:

• set up your page;
• save events as drafts.

You can't yet send anything to our team: events for review (or publish them), changes to a live event, claims for a page or an event, featuring orders or campaign requests.

The link didn't arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder.
• Use Send a new link in the banner. Each link works for 48 hours, once. You can ask for a new one after a minute, up to 5 times a day.
• Check the address in the banner is right. If it isn't, change it under Your page, Account; see Password and email.
