Password and email

Both are on Your page (or Account), in the Account box.

Changing your password

Enter your current password, then the new one twice. It must be at least 8 characters. When it's changed, you're signed out on your other devices.

Changing your email

Enter the new email and your current password. We send a link to the new address; your email changes only when you open it. The link works for 24 hours.

Once it's changed, you're signed out everywhere, so sign in again with the new address. We also tell your old address that the email was changed.

Signed up with Google or Facebook

Then there's no password or email to change in the portal. To change them, contact the DO868 team.

If Google or Facebook says An account with this email already exists, sign in the way you did before: with your password, or with the other of Google and Facebook. No password? Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set one.

Forgotten your password

On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password?, enter the email you sign in with and press Ask for a reset link. If there's an account for that email, we send it a link to set a new password. The link works once, for an hour. It can take a few minutes, and may land in your spam folder.

Setting a new password signs you out everywhere, and unlocks your account if it was locked.

The portal's password is separate from your do868.com password. To reset that one, use Forgot password on do868.com.
