Keeping your account safe
Lock-outs after failed sign-ins, password resets the DO868 team asks for, being signed out, and what to do if something looks wrong.
Locked after too many tries
After 10 failed sign-ins in a row, the account is locked for 30 minutes. The message tells you the time (Trinidad time) you can try again. A wrong current password on the password or email forms counts too.
To get in sooner, ask us to unlock it, or set a new password with Forgot password?, which also unlocks it.
"Your password needs to be reset"
The DO868 team can ask for an account's password to be reset, for example if we think someone else may know it. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set a new one, or contact us.
Being signed out
You stay signed in for up to 7 days. You're signed out on your other devices when you change your password, and everywhere when you change your email or set a new password with a reset link. The DO868 team can also sign an account out everywhere.
Good habits
- Use a password you don't use anywhere else, including on do868.com.
- Your Account box shows when you last signed in. If that doesn't look right, change your password and tell us.
- If you get an email saying your email address was changed and it wasn't you, write to [email protected] straight away so we can secure your account.
