Claiming
Claiming an event DO868 listed
How to take over an event the DO868 team listed for you, the rules, and what you see once it's yours.
DO868 lists some events itself, from ticket sites and promoters' posts. These show Listed by DO868 on the event page. If one of them is yours, claim it: we check with you, then it moves to your page.
How to claim
- Open My Events, then Claim an event. Events that mention your page's name are shown first. Otherwise search by the event's name, venue, promoter or date.
- Choose Claim this event and tell us How can we check it's your event?: for example your Instagram, the event's ticket page, or a phone number we can call.
- Press Send claim. You can follow it under Your claims, and Cancel claim while it's waiting.
- Once it's approved, the event is on your page and in My Events. You can edit it as usual, and the event page says "Listed by" your page. Other dates of the same series that DO868 listed move to your page too.
On do868.com, an upcoming event listed by DO868 also has an Is this your event? Claim it link, which opens the search with the event's name filled in.
The rules
- Only published events with no organizer can be claimed, up to 30 days after they end.
- One claim per event can wait at a time. If someone else has already claimed your event, write to [email protected] and we'll check with both of you.
- You can send up to 10 claims a day.
- You need an organizer page, and your email must be confirmed. See Confirming your email.
When it's decided
We email you when it's decided. If it isn't approved, the email and Your claims say why, and you can claim it again with more proof.
Your numbers after claiming
Once the event is yours, you see its views, saves and hypes, including the days before you claimed it. Open View traction and look at Since listed. See Your numbers.
