Your numbers
What views, unique visitors, saves, hypes and ticket link clicks count, the traction page, Since listed, and reports.
All dates and days in your numbers are Trinidad time.
What each number counts
| Number | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Views | Every time your event page is loaded. Bots don't count. |
| Unique visitors | Each person once a day, without cookies. Someone who comes back another day, or looks at two of your events, is counted again. |
| Saves | New saves by people signed in to do868.com. Taking a save back doesn't lower it. |
| Added to itinerary | People adding the event to their itinerary on do868.com. |
| Hypes | In My Events: how many people hype the event right now. On the traction page, New hypes counts hypes added in the period; people can also take a hype back. |
| Ticket link clicks | Every click on the event's ticket button. |
| Shares and Directions | Shares from the event page, including WhatsApp, and clicks on directions (Google Maps and Waze). |
My Events and the Dashboard
My Events shows views and saves for the last 30 days, and the number of people hyping each event now.
The Dashboard adds up your events over the last 30 days, with a chart of views per day and your top 5 events. CTR there is ticket link clicks divided by unique visitors.
The traction page
In My Events, choose View traction on an event. Pick 7 days, 30 days or 90 days: each number is compared with the same number of days just before. You also see:
- views and unique visitors per day;
- new hypes per day, when there were some;
- From visitor to ticket click: how many visitors saved the event or added it to their itinerary, and how many clicked the ticket link;
- Where visitors came from: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Google, the newsletter, a QR code (someone scanned your printed code), other parts of DO868, and so on. Links from the share kit are tagged per platform, so you can see which one brings people.
Since listed
At the bottom of the traction page, Since listed adds up every day the event has numbers, starting from its first recorded visit. For an event you claimed, that includes the days before it was on your page.
Reports
Reports gives you numbers for any date range, a row per event per day, to download as a spreadsheet (Download CSV). Leave a date empty to go from the start, or up to today. Choose Event Performance for your events, or Campaign Summary for sponsor campaigns (impressions and clicks).
In reports, "Unique views" means unique visitors, and "Hypes" means new hypes that day.
