Events
Ticket prices
Free events, adding up to 12 ticket prices, sold-out tickets, and what event cards show.
Free events
New events start with This event is free ticked. Leave it ticked for a free event and no prices are shown.
Adding ticket prices
Untick This event is free, then choose + Add a ticket price. Each price has:
- Name: for example General, Early bird, VIP, At the door or Table package. Up to 60 characters; any name works.
- Price: a number like 150 or 150.50, up to 100,000. 0 means free.
- Currency: TT$ (the usual one) or US$.
- Notes (optional): up to 140 characters, such as "Until Nov 1" or "Includes a bottle".
- Sold out: tick it when that ticket is gone. It stays on the event page, struck through.
You can add up to 12 prices and put them in order with the up and down buttons.
What people see
Under the list, the form shows how event cards will read, for example:
| Your prices | Cards show |
|---|---|
| Every price is 0 | Free |
| One price of TT$200 | TT$200 |
| Several prices, the cheapest TT$200 | From TT$200 |
| A free ticket and paid ones | Free, or from TT$100 |
| Every price sold out | Sold out |
A sold-out price is never used as the "From" price. The event page lists every price.
Older events
Some older events have a price written as text. They show a Price as written box and a Turn it into ticket prices button. Ticket prices you add replace the written price.
